You’ll have access to the whole house and front yard. There is a casita next to the property available to rent for extra space. You do not have access to OZ (two bedroom unit on back of property) on the other side of the fence.

Pool Rules:
1. No running by the pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk. 
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool 
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).

We got a nice surprise of a brand new pool upon arrival even though it was not listed. We're super honored to be the first guests to enjoy the pool. The place is well located and only a couple mins drive from uptown. House is wonderfully cleaned and all the rooms are fully equipped. I just wish the kid's bathroom also comes with the bidet as well haha. Us a group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back to this house next time!" (10/5)
