A chair in the master converts into a child’s bed, and a futon in the sunroom offers screened comfort for extra guests. The second home, Sedona Mona Lisa, includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, one with a king bed, the other with a queen, plus a futon couch in the living room for flexible sleeping space.

Outdoor living
Step outside to unwind in the fenced backyard where desert calm meets easy gathering. At the garden villa, soak in the hot tub or visit the detached “bubbly bar” for a relaxed evening drink. The second home offers a grassy yard with two patios, a BBQ grill, and games like cornhole, plenty of room to sit, chat, or simply enjoy the quiet warmth of Sedona’s sun.

Kitchen & dining
Each home includes a kitchen with cooking basics, pots, pans, and seasonings for easy meal preparation. Bring breakfast to the patio or gather indoors for casual dining that feels like home.

Amenities
You’ll have everything needed for a comfortable stay, including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. Both homes provide central air conditioning and heating, a TV, ethernet connection, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and free parking is available on the property.

Neighborhood
Nestled in a walkable area just behind the Tlaquepaque shops and restaurants, the homes offer convenient access to Sedona’s best dining, coffee spots, creekside trails, and local galleries. Los Abrigados Resort is next door, where day passes can be purchased to enjoy pools and jacuzzis.

Whether you spend your days exploring red rock trails, wandering local art shops, or relaxing in the hot tub after sunset, these homes provide an easy, comfortable base for your Sedona stay.

Listing Notes
We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don't have a mess to clean up!

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
