Step outside to unwind in the fenced backyard where desert calm meets easy gathering. At the garden villa, soak in the hot tub or visit the detached “bubbly bar” for a relaxed evening drink. Both homes provide central air conditioning and heating, a TV, ethernet connection, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is simple with a smart lock, and free parking is available on the property.
Neighborhood
Nestled in a walkable area just behind the Tlaquepaque shops and restaurants, the homes offer convenient access to Sedona’s best dining, coffee spots, creekside trails, and local galleries. Los Abrigados Resort is next door, where day passes can be purchased to enjoy pools and jacuzzis.
Perfect for…
Families, friends, and small groups will appreciate the privacy of two separate homes combined with shared outdoor spaces. Whether you spend your days exploring red rock trails, wandering local art shops, or relaxing in the hot tub after sunset, these homes provide an easy, comfortable base for your Sedona stay.

Listing Notes
We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don't have a mess to clean up!
Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

We stayed in both houses and they were perfect for our large family with all age ranges. The bigger house had lots of spaces so people can spread out easily and find time alone even if the house is full of people (careful not to trip going into the raised rooms - we kept forgetting). We gathered at the large table and played games. We appreciated being able to do laundry in both houses. The garden was lovely! We didn’t use the wine room but it sure was cute! The location was great! We walked to Brewer Trail and took it to the top to see amazing sunset views (bring a flashlight for coming back down if you go at sunset and stay a while). It was an easy drive to hike Bell Rock and see all the beauty of Sedona (see Snoopy Rock while walking to the city). Traffic anywhere near Sedona is a nightmare with only one way in and out so we walked to get to restaurants or order delivery so we weren’t spending so much time in a car just to go a mile. Grand Canyon road trip from the house took a little over 2 hours leaving at 5 am on scenic route. At 1 pm when we left entrance gate was backed up 2 miles! Owners were very responsive with unexpected issues (not their fault - just normal house things) and quickly fixed it. Really appreciated the requested crib and high chair were there when we got there. Super helpful! If you hear screaming noises when sirens pass by, don’t panic like I did- probably just coyotes. We will definitely recommend these properties to anyone we know going that way.

Place was nice. Was told I left the place a mess, and they found some cigarette butts outside. Threatened me with $1000 fee, and then said they would lower if we paid to replace blinds that we never broke in the first place. Wouldn't recommend for large gatherings.
