Swim spa can be heated for $25/day. Please do not take the swim spa cover all the way off - there are cover lifts that help keep that open and closed easily

1. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes at all in the home. $1000 fine for breaking this rule
2. No pets, or animals
3. No events of any kind due to strict Sedona event ordinance.
4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
