The home offers central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace for year-round comfort. A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and WiFi add convenience for longer stays. Parking is available on-site for 4-6 cars, and self check-in with a keypad ensures an easy arrival.

Located close to Uptown Sedona, you’ll be within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and the famous Pink Jeep tours. Scenic trails and breathtaking lookouts are just minutes away, while Sedona’s quiet hours after 9 pm ensure peaceful evenings when you return home.

The home has a very big driveway with a 2 car garage. There is parking for 4 to 6 vehicles. Code on door for home access
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Sedona is not a reliable area for deliveries. Please send packages at your own risk. We are unable to forward any packages to a different address at this time

-Turn off all gas after use of fireplace and fire pit/grill
-Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
