Serve dinner at the indoor dining table for 10, gather at the kitchen island for 4, or use the apartment’s bar seating for 2. 

Living & entertainment
Inside, the main living area features a large sectional and a second sofa facing a 50" LED 4k Smart TV. Board games, Wifi, and Ethernet connection provide both relaxation and connectivity, whether you’re winding down or catching up on remote work.

Essentials & comforts
The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. A washer, dryer, ironing supplies, and drying rack ensure convenience during longer stays. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a first aid kit.

Attached apartment

Pool Rules:
1. No running by the pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk. 
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool 
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).

You can walk, bike, or drive to the nearby Uptown area, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
